Hi, I’m Bri!

As a long-time player of tabletop games, I was thrilled to see that you are currently seeking a new Designer at Vala. I have over 14 years of professional web design and development experience, and I am very excited by the prospect of joining your team.

When I received my Bachelor’s degree in Web Design and Interactive Media, I wanted to focus on my love of storytelling to shape my career. I formed my own freelancing company – Sidequest Designs – which focuses on branding solutions for small businesses and content creators in the gaming niche. Since 2011 I have helped dozens of clients rebrand their content, several of whom were tabletop-focused.

In addition to this, I also have worked full-time with several corporate brands, focusing primarily on graphic design, web development, and marketing materials. Through these roles I have gained experience with several types of website and e-commerce platforms, including WordPress, WooCommerce, HubSpot, Shopify, and more.

I currently work remotely full-time and am experienced with managing my own deadlines and taking ownership over the work that I produce. If you were to hire me, I would tackle each project head-on with other team members and use my combined experience of design, marketing and gaming to help support your clients.
